With the news of Tierra’s engagement breaking round the globe, it’s been an interesting 24 hours. How appropriate for us to bathe in this information on Valentine’s Day. I feel bad for whoever he is, although if he really did live with Tierra, he probably knows already what he’s getting involved in. I hope some more details come out around this so we can all start sleeping again. Thank you so much for such awesome, thoughtful and funny comments this week. I have read each and every one of them and have tried to respond when possible.
Here are a few questions which may keep me up at night until resolved:
(1) If Tierra didn’t give Sean a handwritten note at the final rose ceremony, who did? Kacie B? Emily Maynard? One of the remaining 4 ladies? Is it someone who Sean chose that left the show?
(2) If Tierra doesn’t come back to beg for one more chance, what additional fireworks can we expect? I’m sure the Dez brother thing will be a good one, but I need something else to sink my teeth into.
(3) In Sean’s blog this week, he noted a few telling things like (a) Before St. Croix, he realized that he didn’t have as “much fun” with AshLee as he did with the other girls. So he gave her the one on one date to see if they could laugh and joke around with each other rather than just have serious conversations. Hmmm. Not sure this bodes well for AshLee’s chances; (b) Sean was SHOCKED that Lesley was falling in love with him and notes that if she had revealed this information, things could have been very different and (c) Sean basically agrees that after seeing Tierra’s behavior, she did not have the social skills or maturity to remain in the house any longer. We already knew this last one, but it’s nice to hear it come from Sean’s brain.
Ok, now as for Valentine’s Day, I hope you are all having the most dramatic (in a happy and sparkly way) Valentine’s day EVER. I also challenge you to use the word “sparkle” in at least 3 sentences this evening. I’m going to dinner with The Husband and afterwards, he’s taking me somewhere, but I have no idea where. Hopefully it’s not to free fall off a building or polar bear plunge into Lake Louise. I’ll keep you posted and will leave you with a Valentine’s Day picture of Wally, of course. He wishes you all well and says in his best Tiera / puppy imitation voice “THIS BLOG POST IS OVER” (insert hand gesture like Tierra gave AshLee when she ended their conversation)
Oh MY! Love those sweet little puppy eyes! How can you not take him everywhere with you? And so nice he got some special VD treats- you are great dog owners : ) Have a lovely dinner and whatever else The Husband has up his sleeves!

I am also really curious about the letter…I know they want us to think it’s one of the two girls he picks…I think I remember him even saying “how could she do this to me” or something to that effect, but I just have to think it’s one of the girls that already left….that piece was also taped long ago so it still could have been Tierra. I don’t want to believe Lesley would go down that road…I dont think….
Tierra is so calculative. Of course this is just another way of getting attention. Through her brother she complains about her «edit». No one is really buying that but if it makes her feel better then let’s let it slide. It’s television, right?
What is wonderful here is that the very day of her exit from the show she could be consoled and loved! She was such an emotional mess. She «was» miserable. If she has someone who loves her for who she is (highs and lows et al) then that is a very good thing. The only danger is that she doesn’t learn from the show and grow from it (which BTW is not pertinent to us anymore—whew!).
The letter??? Does Des choose to go to the final and then after reflection she dumps Sean for her boyfriend? Your guess is as good as mine. Truth is stranger than fiction (haha).
This season has been great. I’ve avoided almost all spoilers (except one
which was an accident click to a link. Darn ‘em). So this season has been really great. Sean is an exceptional Bachelor. He really scored high when he took his sister’s advice and sent Tierrable packing. Yeah! cheers in front of the screen. AND THE CAST of women have been absolutely great. Can you imagine Catherine crying because her girlfriend rival was sent home??? The bonding and friendship has been exceptional this show and so many sweet, intelligent, beautiful, kind women. Wow. Maybe we have Tierra to thank for it is some ways for giving them a common enemy.
Last but not least is *sparkly* Wally with his eyes that plead, «Be mine»! Thanks Stacey for the Valentine pix for us. What a darling puppy.
Hope your Husband dinner date was super romantic. You two (three now) are soooo adorable.

That is about the most sparkly adorable puppy eyes picture I have ever seen…….how can you ever discipline him, Stacey, when he looks up at you like that? So please tell us what you and the Husband did on Valentine’s Sparkle Day…….where did you go for dinner and what did you order and where did the Husband take you afterwards? Did love sparkle for you that evening? Done…….sparkled three times!
My guess is the serious note comes from AshLee. I mean, who else could it reasonably be?
Poor AshLee. I really like her, but she is a bit too serious. However, let’s remember that Sean seemed ‘too serious’ for Emily too. Food for thought.
Question, am I forgetting something, or was there supposed to be a ‘Sean Tells All’ ?
